The Narn Regime despatch a fleet to Ragesh 3 intent on liberating their colony lost to the Centauri Republic in 2110.

Prior to Midnight On The Firing Line.

The Centauri discover important scientific material has been taken from Ragesh 3 by the Narn occupation force.

Dr Ben Kyle accepts the post of head of Xenobiological Research at EarthDome, working directly with President Santiago. Commander Sinclair interviews Dr Stephen Franklin as a candidate to replace him as Chief of the station Med Lab facilities.

Conjecture from comments made in Soul Hunter, assumes Sinclair met Franklin before his posting to the station, presumably interviewing him as Kyle's potential replacement. The Ragged Edge establishes Kyle’s new posting.

In advanced preparation for the Days of G'Quan, G'Kar organises for a G'Quan Eth to be sent to him at the station.

By Any Means Necessary. G'Kar arranged delivery of the G'Quan Eth months ago.

EarthForce Epsilon Command District order Dr Stephen Franklin to take charge of the Babylon 5 Med Lab facilities on March 2nd 2258. He is briefed about the attempt on Kosh's life last year.

Interludes And Examinations. From Franklin's framed order. Believers establishes his briefing.

Saturday February 26th. Dr Kyle leaves Babylon 5, making the 2 day journey to the Earth solar system.

Monday February 28th. Dr Kyle arrives at the transfer point off Io. There, he meets his successor Dr Stephen Franklin as he boards the Asimov.

Soul Hunter. Franklin says he met Kyle at the transfer point. The journey time to the Earth solar system is established in Messages From Earth.

An individual joins the Babylon 5 Security division and is assigned to Customs Control.

After pursuing him to a dozen worlds, the Brotherhood of Soul Hunters attempt to capture their deranged Brother. His vessel is badly damaged evading them and makes it to a jump gate.

2 days prior to Soul Hunter.

Wednesday March 2nd. Commander Sinclair and Lieutenant Commander Ivanova go to customs to meet Dr Franklin on his arrival at Babylon 5.

Just prior to Soul Hunter.

Wednesday March 2nd-Thursday March 3rd.

The isolab atmosphere is adjusted to match that of the Soul Hunter’s ship before bringing the unconscious Hunter in for treatment.

Delenn invites Commander Sinclair to her quarters to try and explain her attempt to kill the Soul Hunter in the isolab.

After escaping from the isolab the Soul Hunter makes for his ship, recovering his collection of souls and soul capturing machine and takes them into down below. Knowing Delenn is a Satai of the Grey Council he is intent on capturing her soul. Needing to get into the ambassadorial wing, the Hunter hears of N’Grath and goes to him to get access to Green Sector.

Thursday March 3rd. Discharged from Med Lab, Delenn returns to the Soul Hunter’s lair in down below and recovers his collection of souls.

Commander Sinclair arranges to personally escort the second Soul Hunter off the station with a warning not to come here again.

Aliens are attacked on Earth by members of Home Guard.

Prior to Infection. Garibaldi mentions attacks on aliens,assumes they were attacked by Home Guard.

On Ikarra 7, Dr Vance Hendricks and his assistant Nelson Drake finally reach a vault buried a mile beneath the surface. Recovering artefacts over 1000 years old, Hendricks' preliminary examination indicate they are bio organic in construction. He suspects they may be weapons and knowing that the Bioweapons company financing the dig through I.P.X. would pay millions of credits for them, they pack the artefacts for transport to Babylon 5. Hendricks doesn’t want them to go through quarrantine at customs so he orders Drake to use any means to get them on the station. En route, Hendricks tells Drake about his former student Stephen Franklin who he hopes can confirm his theory.

Prior to Infection.

A man called Jensen obtains an alien artefact called an Apocalypse Box. He is told by its previous owner that the device is older than humanity and can give the possessor an edge, as it knows things no one else knows. What Jensen isn’t told is the Box lies too, but not all the time. It will mix lies with just enough of the truth to make what it says to its possessor believable.

Crusade:The Path Of Sorrows. Jensen got the Box just over a year ago.

ISN's Mary Ann Cramer arrives on Babylon 5 to interview Commander Sinclair on the 2nd anniversary of the station coming on line.

Prior to Infection.

Tuesday March 8th. C and C receive a call from a damaged transport, and Commander Sinclair goes to check it out.

Hours before Infection.

Tuesday March 8th-Wednesday March 9th.

With the energy spike registered in C and C when one of the the artefacts is scanned in Med Lab, Lieutenant Commander Ivanova decides to stay on until the night shift arrives, in case the spike occurs again.

Wednesday March 9th. After the attack on Dr Franklin in the early hours, he is moved to the infirmary in Med Lab 4.

Now free of the Ikarran armour Nelson Drake is taken to Med Lab 2.

Talking to Dr Franklin, Drake confirms that Hendricks knew the artefacts hadn’t been quarrantined and that he didn’t care how Drake would take care of customs when bringing the artefacts aboard the station. Dr Franklin contacts Security before returning to Med Lab 1.

EarthForce BioWeapons Division order station Security to confiscate the Ikarran artefacts and send them to Earth.

Thursday March 10th. Alisa Beldon attends the Babylon 5 Junior High School for the last time, following the recent death of her father Eliot.

Tuesday March 15th. A full Security detail is scheduled to cover the Narn-Centauri negotiations on the Euphrates Treaty.

Infection and Born To The Purple. Assumes the negotiations Garibaldi referred to were the Euphrates Treaty negotiations.

Londo begins an affair with Centauri dancer Adira Tyree, unaware she is a slave to a Golian called Trakis with instructions to steal Londo's Purple Files. Trakis hopes to use them to bring the Centauri Republic down.

A week prior to Born To The Purple. Sinclair says Londo has been ducking the negotiations for a week, assumes it was because of Adira.

Rabbi Koslov visits his old friend Andrei Ivanov before he is taken into hospital. Andrei entrusts him with the family legacy, a Samovar, and tells him how proud he is of his daughter Susan's career.

Monday March 21st. Ko'Dath, G'Kar's diplomatic attache is despatched from Narn a week early.

A day prior to Born To The Purple.

Hearing of her father Andrei's admittance to hospital from Dr Goyokin and his slipping in and out of a coma, Lieutenant Commander Ivanova illegally uses Gold Channel to speak to the hospital where her father is. The station computer logs the use.

Tuesday March 22nd. With the Treaty talks being stalled by Londo, G’Kar and Commander Sinclair go to find him in the Dark Star club.

Ko’Dath arrives on Babylon 5. Contacting Security Chief Garibaldi, he tells her G’Kar is in the Dark Star club.

Tuesday March 22nd-Friday March 25th.

Wednesday March 23rd. Returning to his quarters after the days negotiations Londo picks up a brooch, an heirloom belonging to a matriarch of House Mollari, to present to Adira. On the way to her quarters he buys a bouquet of Starlaces.

The pro Earth Home Guard start attacking prominent aliens on Earth and Mars colony.

The War Prayer. The attacks began almost 2 weeks ago.

Thursday March 24th. Escaping Trakis, Adira goes to find her friend and fellow dancer Gera Akshi. Doing as Adira asked her, Gera books a place on the transport leaving for Davo tomorrow.

N’Grath’s men slow up Commander Sinclair and Londo long enough for Trakis to kidnap her from Gera Akshi’s quarters and hide her in the alien sector.

Friday March 25th. With Trakis in custody, Commander Sinclair convinces him to release Adira from her contract. He gives Londo the news before he goes to see Adira before she returns to Davo.

Unable to handle her father’s death, Lieutenant Commander Ivanova doesn’t go to the funeral in St Petersburgh and does not sit Shiva for him.

The Summoning and TKO.

Updates sent to Security Chief Garibaldi shows membership of Home Guard is increasing daily and a dozen other pro Earth groups have sprung up peddling anti alien sentiments.

Ko'Dath dies in an airlock accident.

The Parliament Of Dreams. Ko'Dath died last week.

Du'Rog, an old adversary of G'Kar who he humiliated in front of the Kha'Ri is dying. Before his death he liquidates his assets, using the money to hire the Thenta Makur to assassinate G'Kar. Du'Rog records a farewell message to him before he dies.

Prior to The Parliament Of Dreams.

Sunday March 27th. Lennier of the Third Fane of Chudomo leaves the temple and departs for Babylon 5. He has been selected by Delenn to be her aide, based on the high recommendations of his tutors.

The Parliament Of Dreams. The travel time between Minbar and the station is established as 3 ½ days in To Dream In The City Of Sorrows.

Monday March 28th. The Earth Alliance hold a week long religious festival, to promote peace and showcase the different belief systems of the alien races aboard Babylon 5.

In response to the week long festival, the Home Guard plan a mass assassination of aliens on Earth and Babylon 5 they believe will put the aliens in their place and put Earth back at the centre of things. Home Guard members working covertly in EarthForce R&D, steal several experimental Black Light camouflage suits that render the wearer invisible, for use in their campaign of alien attacks.

Prior to The War Prayer. Assumes the Home Guard planned the attacks prompted by the Earth Alliance’s efforts to bring greater understanding between humans and aliens.

Catherine Sakai and her ship The Skydancer complete a survey of a class 2 planetoid in Grid Epsilon, coordinates 471 by 18 by 25, finding high levels of Platinum and Durinium. She transmits the results to Universal Terraform Corporation.

Prior to The Parliament Of Dreams.

Tuesday March 29th. Courier Ru'Dac, scheduled to deliver a diplomatic pouch to G'Kar on Babylon 5, dies in an accident the day he is due to leave. He is replaced by Thenta Makur assassin Tu'Pari, who has taken Du'Rog's commission, with instructions to deliver his final message to G'Kar.

Na'Toth the daughter of Councillor G'Toth, sponsored by Councillor Li'Dac of the Fifth Circle, wins the post of diplomatic attache to Ambassador G'Kar. She departs Narn for Babylon 5.

A day prior to The Parliament Of Dreams.

Minbari poet Shaal Mayan, a childhood friend of Delenn's, finally completes her poem "In The Light Of Two Moons".

The War Prayer. Shaal felt the poem was finally completed last month.

Wednesday March 30th-Sunday April 3rd.

Passing Hydroponics, Security Chief Garibaldi spots Lieutenant Commander Ivanova’s illegal planter growing coffee beans.

Thursday March 31st. The newly arrived Lennier begins preparations for the Nafak’char ceremony as part of the display of Minbari beliefs.

Finding G’Kar missing, Na’Toth checks with station maintenance, discovering the report of a broken down transport tube. Figuring Tu’Pari has G’Kar on the level the tube has broken down on, she goes in search of him.

After being rescued, G’Kar drugs Tu’Pari placing a large sum of money in his account, setting him up with his colleagues in the Thenta Makur. G’Kar knows they will think Tu’Pari has thrown his commission and come looking for him.

Friday April 1st. Young lovers Aria Tensus and Kiron Maray, the cousin of Vir Cotto, run away from Centauri Prime to escape their forthcoming arranged marriages. Under the impression from Vir's letters to Kiron that he is Centauri Ambassador to Babylon 5, they flee there aboard the Centauri liner Carvo using stolen credit chits to ask for his help.

Members of the Home Guard leave Earth for Babylon 5, bringing the Black Light camouflage suits with them ready for the planned assassinations of the Ambassadors there.

A man called Nolan, a Home Guard sympathiser, is arrested by Security Chief Garibaldi for vandalising an alien run store on the station.

Survivors. Garibaldi busted Nolan a few months ago.

An agricultural delegation led by Mila Shar is despatched from Abba 4. The Abbai are coming to Babylon 5 to study the hydroponics methods used on the station.

Saturday April 2nd. Malcolm Biggs departs Earth for Babylon 5, ready to lead the Home Guard attacks on the Ambassadors.

Sunday April 3rd. Commander Sinclair arranges to have the Ambassadors meet with representatives of all of Earth’s major belief systems.

Shaal Mayan arrives on Babylon 5 to premier her poem "In The Light Of Two Moons". She refuses personal security despite the recent attacks on prominent aliens.

Sunday April 3rd-Thursday April 7th.

Monday April 4th. Releasing Mr Roberts from custody, Security Chief Garibaldi places him under red level surveillance.

Tuesday April 5th. Fights begin breaking out on the station in the wake of the attacks on aliens.

Not having heard from Kosh about the attacks on aliens, Commander Sinclair goes to see him in his quarters hoping he will talk to the other Ambassadors and calm things down. After his meeting, Commander Sinclair begins thinking about the attempt on Kosh’s life last year and how he was poisoned.

Londo receives numerous outraged calls from the families of Kiron and Aria.

With the arrival of the agricultural delegation from Abba 4, a formal reception is planned for them tomorrow night.

Wednesday April 6th. Learning of Roberts being beaten up by the Drazi, Malcolm Biggs pays him a visit in the infirmary hoping to recruit him into the Home Guard. He is unaware Roberts is still under surveillance. When Security Chief Garibaldi reviews the tape he calls Commander Sinclair to the station house.

Londo contacts his second cousin Andillo Mollari, to arrange a period of fosterage for Kiron and Aria. Living with Andillo they will have to study Centauri culture and learn what it means to be a Centauri. After a while when they are old enough, they will be allowed to choose who they can marry. Londo knows their families will not object as Andillo is rich and powerful and it will be an honour for them.

Thursday April 7th. Malcolm Biggs has his associates kidnap Mila Shar and take her to cargo bay 5 ready for his meeting with Commander Sinclair. He will test Commander Sinclair’s loyalty by having him kill her.

A review of Security personnel shows Frank Benson's frequent visits to the station casinos, and an investigation begins into his gambling habits.

Bureau 13 believe that since the end of the war, the Minbari have been trying to destroy Earth from within. They decide to investigate Commander Sinclair because of his disappearance during The Battle Of The Line and despatch the first of their agents, Knight One to set things up.

Saturday April 9th. Arriving at Babylon 5, Knight One is contacted by Security Chief Garibaldi’s second, Jack, giving him Frank Benson’s name as someone they can use as he is under investigation. He can get them an energy pod in return for fifteen thousand credits to clear his gambling debts.

Bureau 13 agent Knight Two leaves for Babylon 5.

2 days prior to And The Sky Full Of Stars.

The Home Guard attack the Minbari Embassy on Earth. Their leader Jacob Lester is captured by Security forces.

2 days after The War Prayer, based on Malcolm Biggs' revelation about the upcoming attacks and the headlines in Universe Today.

Author's note:I am assuming that a false message was sent to the Home Guard back on Earth and a trap was set for Lester and his people.

Recovered from her assault, Shaal Mayan travels to Earth.

Security officer Frank Benson is threatened by Dex’s men over his outstanding gambling debts. He says he will pay them tomorrow.

Monday April 11th.

Shaal Mayan is accorded honours upon her arrival on Earth.

The Narn Regime settle the Ragesh 3 controversey.

Jacob Lester is convicted for the attack on the Minbari Embassy.

The Psi Corps are critisised for violating their charter by endorsing Vice President Morgan Clark in the recent election.

And The Sky Full Of Stars. Based on the headlines in Universe Today, these events take place on the day Knight Two arrives on Babylon 5, as they are reported in the paper Garibaldi is reading the following morning.

Monday April 11th-Wednesday April 13th.

Dr Franklin calls Delenn in for an examination so he can gather baseline data on a healthy Minbari. While she is waiting for the examination, Delenn learns from Dr Hernandez that Dr Franklin hitchhiked before the war.

With the Virtual Reality Cybernet complete and powered by the energy pod stolen by Benson, Commander Sinclair drugged and kidnapped before he returns to his quarters for the night.

Tuesday April 12th. At 0300 hours the money paid to Benson clears his account and he withdraws ten thousand credits to pay off his gambling debts.

Delenn is scheduled to meet with Commander Sinclair in the Council chambers for a meeting at 0700 hours but when he doen’t turn up after an hour, she goes to C and C to speak to Lieutenant Commander Ivanova who hasn’t seen him. Concerned Delenn goes to the station house to find Security Chief Garibaldi.

With Jack’s assistance Knight One disposes of Benson’s body outside the station.

The unconscious Commander Sinclair is taken to Med Lab One for examination. Dr Franklin’s examination of Knight Two shows the feedback from the VR cybernet has damaged the memory area of his brain.

Catherine Sakai completes her survey of the Deneb Sector and heads back to Babylon 5.

Wednesday April 13th. On the strength of Security Chief Garibaldi’s report on the incident with Comander Sinclair, EarthDome exercise jurisdiction in the matter and order Knight Two to be sent to Earth for trial. They say he is part of an organisation working within EarthGov who are trying to prove collusion between Earth officials and the Minbari.

Author's note:Knight Two's revelation that Sinclair is 39 at this time, and his birthdate being May 3rd, places this episode at a point before his 40th birthday.

Catherine Sakai arrives back at Babylon 5 and meets up with Commander Sinclair.

The Parliament Of Dreams. Presumably Catherine got back to the station and met Sinclair in his quarters just before midnight on April 13th.

The quarantine is lifted on a world in Centauri controlled space where a semi sentient species called Na'ka'leen Feeders are found. The Feeders live by extracting neural energy from their prey, effectively mind wiping them.

Conjecture. Based on the search parameters requested by Sinclair, assumes the quarantine was lifted about 90 days prior to Grail.

Faking his death in pursuit of a ship carrying rogue telepaths above Venus, Psi Cop Byron Gordon goes on the run, swearing never to let innocents be harmed again and to find a better way for telepaths, without violence, without preying on their own kind or letting others prey on them. Byron escapes through the underground railroad and is joined by other telepaths who share his vision. He gives his followers direction, organisation and strength and they become his hope and salvation for the past crimes committed against his own people.

Phoenix Rising and Deadly Relations:Bester Ascendant. Strange Relations establishes Byron and his people have been wandering for 3 to 4 years. Assumes he escaped through the underground railroad.

After a year as a subject of covert experiments he believed would boost his Psi abilities, Jason Ironheart gains immense psychokinetic powers, finding he is able to influence matter at the sub atomic level. As his powers grow, he sees the real purpose for the experiments is to create a stable telekinetic to perform untraceable assassinations. Realising he will be killed and dissected to determine what combination of chemicals gave him these powers, Jason kills the head researcher so the experiment cannot be repeated, and escapes the centre with another participant.

Prior to Mind War. The lurker first seen in Chrysalis reveals he escaped with Ironheart in A Race Through Dark Places.

Psi Cops Alfred Bester and his assistant Miss Kelsey head for Babylon 5 to intercept Jason Ironheart and his fellow escapee. En route, Bester reads Lieutenant Commander Ivanova’s file and learns about her mother’s suicide.

Mind War and Ship Of Tears.

Sunday April 24th. Arriving in Sector 15, Jason Ironheart and his fellow escapee steal a transport. A Black Omega Starfury Squadron pursue them.

A meeting is scheduled for Commander Sinclair to meet the Construction Guild to talk about budget cuts.

Just prior to Mind War.

Sunday April 24th-Tuesday April 26th.

Upon arriving at Babylon 5, Jason Ironheart and his friend separate. While Jason goes looking for quarters, his friend goes into hiding in down below.

Representatives from Universal Terraforming Corporation arrange a meeting with Catherine Sakai to offer her a survey job looking for a new source of Quantium 40. With jumpgate production 6 months behind, the world they have targeted Sigma 957, is in Narn territory so they invite G’Kar to their meeting.

Arriving on Babylon 5, Psi Cop Alfred Bester and Miss Kelsey make for Commander Sinclair’s office to brief him about Jason Ironheart.

Knowing that contacting Talia before her meeting with the Psi Cops will alert them to his presence, Jason waits until the meeting with Bester and Kelsey is finished.

At G’Kar’s request, Frazi class fighters are sent from Narn to provide assistance to Catherine Sakai when she arrives at Sigma 957.

Alerted by Security clearing a route to the docking bays, Bester and Kelsey set an ambush for Jason in the Zocalo.

After the attempt to kill Jason and Kelsey’s death, Bester reports to Commander Sinclair’s office where he is shown a recording of Jason’s transcendence.

Monday April 25th. As the Narn fighter nears Sigma 957, they pick up Catherine’s mayday call.

Tuesday April 26th. The Skydancer is escorted back to Babylon 5, upon her arrival at the station, Catherine goes to find G’Kar.

Dr Stephen Franklin sets up an illegal clinic in down below to treat the lurkers that live there. He doesn't tell Lieutenant Commander Ivanova about it. The clinic acts as a front for a railroad set up by Ironheart's friend and fellow participant, to help telepaths escaping Psi Corps. Dr Franklin begins processing the runaways and changing records without anyone from Med Lab knowing about it, because although he trusts his staff, Psi Corps have a knack for intimidation.

The Quality Of Mercy. Assumes Franklin set up the clinic after the Jason Ironheart incident. The true nature of the clinic is revealed in A Race Through Dark Places.

May.

The budget for Babylon 5 is set. While military funding is increased, there are no extra resources made available to the Docker's Guild promised in last years negotiations, in spite of Commander Sinclair's request.

The Talquith departs Narn for Babylon 5 carrying a G'Quan Eth for G'Kar to use in observing the Days of G'Quan.

A day prior to By Any Means Necessary.

After completing his deceleration routine, Kevin Vacit’s damaged ship arrives at the world where the Vorlon experimental station is based. Detecting a power source Vacit brings the ship down. Exploring the surface he comes across powerful telepathic beings, the result of the Vorlon experiments to create the telepath gene. A while after finding more of these beings are scattered across the planet, the Vorlons destroy the outpost and the results of their research to stop it falling into Shadow hands. The attack causes a nuclear winter. Vacit manages to save a few thousand beings from the Vorlon onslaught by combining his own telepathic skills with the telepathic powers of the beings. In response to the trace of the Vorlon consciousness that resided in his mind, the outposts protective domes begin to grow, stripping his ship of metals to produce the necessary equipment and conditions for Vacit to survive. Exploring his surroundings, Vacit finds remains of different species from around the galaxy and surmises that the Nephilim as he comes to call these beings, are the results of the experiments performed by the Vorlons to produce the telepath gene.

Elizar spies on a meeting between Kell and a Drakh, where Kell hands over DNA samples from the chrysalis stage mages ready for their full implants and from those apprentices ready to enter the chrysalis stage of their training. Unaware he is being used, Elizar makes contact with the Shadows allies, gathering information which Kell secretly accesses, to monitor the Shadows activities.

The Passing Of The Techno-mages:Casting Shadows and Summoning Light. Elizar witnessed the meeting 6 months before the convocation.

The Earth Alliance learn about the creation of an anti agapic by Jha'dur that guarantees the user immortality and secretly negotiate with her for the serum. They are unaware that a key component of the drug cannot be synthesised, it has to be extracted from another living being, meaning that a person has to die for another to achieve immortality. She leaves Sector 47 in Minbari space, making for Earth via Babylon 5 under the name Gila Lobos.

Agents for the Narn Regime learn about Jha'dur's discovery and Councillor Ha'Roc is depatched from Narn aboard the liner Callisto to negotiate for it.

Prior to Death Walker.

Delenn leaves the station on diplomatic business.

Security Chief Garibaldi makes the first of three arrests on a Golian called Dagool for stealing credit chits.

Survivors. Garibaldi says he has arrested Dagool three times this month for theft.

On Thalatine, M'ola and Tharg's son Shon is seriously ill with a pneumonia like infection slowly blocking his internal airbladder. Their religion will not allow an operation, as they believe the soul will leave the body once opened. Desperate, they travel to Babylon 5 seeking help.

The Earth passenger ship Asimov is passing through Grid 471 by 18, in raiding territory when a fire disables their Command and Control centre. They send a distress call out while they bring the fire under control.

An Earth Alliance individual departs the Asimov and ends up living in down below. He becomes addicted to Dust and other substances,and later becomes an unsuccessful host to a Vendrizi.

An elderly couple come to Babylon 5 looking for something better, but the husband becomes terminally ill and their money begins to run out. To get money, the dying man asks his wife to sell a silver picture frame with his photograph in it, but the wife refuses as it will be the last she will have of him. After her husband’s death the widowed woman ends up living in down below and later has nearly all her possessions stolen except her treasured picture.

Conjecture from A Late Delivery From Avalon, assumes the couple came aboard the station from the Asimov.

Security Chief Garibaldi arrests Steven Petrov, a lurker and petty thief that had a habit of getting mixed up with the wrong sort of people. As a favour to Garibaldi for helping him straighten out, Petrov becomes an informant.

Earth Alliance President Luis Santiago departs Earth for Babylon 5, to make a policy speech on trade treaties and alien immigration and also present the station with a new Starfury Squadron, Zeta Wing. His head of Presidential Security, Major Lianna Kemmer is sent ahead to coordinate arrangements with Babylon 5 Security.

Planning the seating arrangements for the banquet in honour of President Santiago, the Narn are seated next to the Vree.

Commander Ray Galus and Lieutenant Warren Keffer of Zeta Wing are assigned to Babylon 5.

Londo begins studying some of Earth's 6000 years of recorded history. He discovers the song the Hokey Pokey and tries to comprehend it's meaning.

5 days prior to A Voice In The Wilderness.

Draal has grown disillusioned with life on Minbar, feeling things are changing for the worst and that Minbari had lost direction since Dukhat's death and the war. He senses a growing dissatisfaction and selfishness, so he leaves Minbar to visit his old pupil and friend Delenn one more time, before he goes to the sea of stars.

3 ½ days prior to A Voice In The Wilderness.

Free Mars lead a daring midnight raid against a reserve military installation and steal heavy weaponry. The rebels, among them Abel Horn, strike against the Earth appointed provisional government in the early hours of the morning. EarthForce daily reports exclude any information from Mars, and EarthGov order a communications blackout to try and contain the information.

Hours prior to A Voice In The Wilderness. Spider In The Web establishes Horn took part in the revolt.

Babylon 5 C and C begin monitoring seismic disturbances on Epsilon 3, unaware that the Great Machine is going out of control because Varn the custodian is dying. A survey team headed by Dr Tasaki prepares to launch to the planet’s surface.

Commander Sinclair is scheduled to chair negotiations between Londo and Delenn on the Minbari running trade routes through Sector 119. In return for access their jumpgates the Minbari would pay the Centauri a generous fee.

Just prior to A Voice In The Wilderness.

The Mars Rebellion is put down, driving resistance groups underground. Among the casualties are Private Turnbow's friend Buffer and Abel Horn, whose fighter was destroyed over Phobos by the E.A.S. Pournelle. His body is recovered by Bureau 13, who use it in their covert operation of the officially abandoned Project Lazarus.

GROPOS. Buffer was killed during the Rebellion. Spider In The Web details Horn's death and resurrection at the hands of Bureau 13.

After the Mars Rebellion is put down, fearing for their business interests, some of the corporations that make up the Mars Conglomerate want to pull out of Mars but are persuaded to stay.

While watching over Draal, Varn introduces him to the Zathras brothers, the caretakers of the Great Machine.

The E.A.S. Hyperion puts into dock for repairs.

A Voice In The Wilderness Part 2. The Hyperion was due to put into dock in 9 days.

The Grey Council after much consideration decide to offer Delenn the position of leader of the Council, a post not filled since the death of Dukhat. They think she is suited for the post having travelled most, visited many worlds and encountered many races. They summon her to a meeting but don’t tell her why.

Prior to Babylon Squared.

High levels of tachyons are detected in Sector 14. C and C wake Lieutenant Commander Ivanova an hour early to report it. At 0430 hours, Alpha Seven is launched to investigate.

3 hours prior to Babylon Squared.

Alpha Seven is killed by the time distortion as Babylon 4 makes a brief reappearance. His Starfury returns to Babylon 5 on auto pilot. Sinclair reboards Babylon 4 aged by the time distortion. Major Krantz broadcasts a distress call when the station reappears. Picked up in C and C on Babylon 5, Sinclair and Garibaldi lead a rescue fleet to the stricken station. On Babylon 4 Ivanova and Zathras are looking for tools to repair Sheridan's time stabiliser when Zathras is caught by station security. Sheridan reappears unconscious and Delenn takes his suit, putting her stabiliser on him. Sinclair and Garibaldi arrive on Babylon 4; met by Krantz they experience a time flash, seeing the fall of Babylon 5. As the evacuation begins, Krantz shows them Zathras, who explains that the station is needed as a base of operations in a great war by The One. The appearance of The One distracts Zathras' escort allowing him to pass over the repaired stabiliser. In the empty C and C, Ivanova prepares to to move the station as Sinclair adjusts the equipment on the reactor. Krantz wants to take Zathras back as proof of the time shifting, but a beam pins Zathras to the deck. Going to his aide, Sinclair is told to go as he has a destiny. The fleet leave as The One reappears, Delenn removes her helmet and frees Zathras. Unable to contact Shuttle One to warn Garibaldi, Sinclair reboards the station. Met by Delenn he tells her he tried to warn them, but it happened just the way he remembered it. Joining the others in C and C, to Ivanova's protests, Sinclair announces he is taking the station back in time and tells of the letters he wrote 900 years ago. Zathras stays with Sinclair as the others depart for 2260. Delenn refuses the position of leader of the Grey Council, she feels she has a part to play in fulfilling prophecy. Before leaving for Babylon 5, she is given a Triluminary by a fellow Council member.

EarthForce confiscate the records on the recent incident with Babylon 4, but not before Security Chief Garibaldi makes a copy for his files.

Sector 14 becomes a quarrantined area.

Knives and War Without End.

Branmer, one of Minbar's greatest warriors dies suddenly on a diplomatic tour. Acting against his wish for a simple cremation, and his ashes spread out in the space above Minbar, the Star Riders clan instruct Alyt Neroon to parade his body in state to all Minbari between the Euphrates Sector and home.

Now in possession of a Triluminary, Delenn begins constructing the Chrysalis device ready for her transformation as prophesied by Valen.

One of Desmond "Deuce" Mosichenko's men brings a Na'ka'leen Feeder onto the station from Centauri space. Deuce disguises it in a fake Vorlon encounter suit to make his victims think he has Kosh working for him.

Security Chief Garibaldi presents circumstantial evidence to Ombuds Edgar Wellington in the case against Desmond "Deuce" Mosichenko. On reviewing the material, Ombuds Wellington cannot act on it because of its circumstantial nature. To back the evidence up he wants someone to testify against Deuce criminal actions.

Prior to Grail.

Aldous Gajic's search for the Holy Grail turns to the stars. Having sent information packages ahead to the Ambassadors on Babylon 5 to find whether they have what he seeks, Aldous departs Earth for the station on the passenger liner Von Braun.

Security Chief Garibaldi finds store holder Mirriam Running Deer is willing to testify to the Ombuds about Deuce'’ extortion racket.

A Mr John Flinn searches the archives of the Vree race to prove they were the ones responsible for repeatedly abducting his great grandfather Amis Flinn. Finding evidence that a descendant of one of the aliens did abduct Amis and perform experiments on him, he decides to sue for damages against his family as no one believed Amis and he lost his job because of it.

Store Holder Mirriam Running Deer, due to give vital evidence to Ombuds Wellington in the case against Deuce's extortion racket, is kidnapped by Deuce's men. With Security closing down his old routes into the station, Deuce wants Thomas Jordan found to get information from him about other new routes into the station.

Just prior to Grail.

Thomas Jordan arrives on Earth with Aldous' body. When he is buried, Thomas crushes the vial Delenn gave him releasing a chemical that will glow for 100 years. Thomas becomes the last of Aldous' order and continues the search for the Holy Grail.

Sunday July 31st. Mr Reno and his associates after an extensive search recover The Eye, lost since 2155. Informing Londo of it's recovery, he contacts Lord Kiro on Centauri Prime and informs him of it's forthcoming return. Kiro departs Centauri Prime with his aunt the Lady Ladira.

Raider attacks on shipping begin drawing near to Babylon 5. Their apparent ability to move around without using jump gates, and their fast disappearance after an attack, gives cause for concern.

Wednesday August 3rd. An Earth transport is given a Starfury escort, to protect it from Raiders. En route they come under attack.

Mr Reno arrives on Babylon 5 with The Eye and makes for his early meeting with Londo. Now the money has cleared his account, Mr Reno is ready to hand over treasured jewel for return to Centauri Prime.

A small group of Raiders board Babylon 5 as part of their plan to kidnap Lord Kiro while helping him steal The Eye.

At Commander Sinclair’s request Security Chief Garibaldi begins digging into the background around his appointment as governor of Babylon 5.

Thursday August 4th. Morden’s visit to the station alerts Delenn to the Shadows being on the move again.

During the Raider attack, the Shadows that accompany Morden attack Kosh damaging his encounter suit. Beating off the attack, Kosh makes a request for tools to fix the damage.

After destroying the Raider battlewagon, the Shadows retrieve The Eye and secretly return it to Morden on Babylon 5, to pass to their potential new ally, Londo.

Friday August 5th. Security Chief Garibaldi learns the Minbari requested that Commander Sinclair be the governor of Babylon 5. With his investigation over, he meets with Commander Sinclair to report on his findings.

Commander Sinclair escorts the Lady Ladira to the station departure lounge.

Authors note:While the date of Wednesday August 3rd 2258 is given here, in actual calendar time August 3rd 2258 will be a Tuesday. Even so I have based my calendar for the 23rd century on the Wednesday date.

Morden leaves Babylon 5 and travels to Earth. Meeting with Vice President Clark he promises with the Shadows help, to put him into power. The Shadows take an interest in the Psi Corps, and because of their interest so does Clark, as they are his insurance policy against the aliens and his means of gaining more power. As a show of good faith, the Shadows give EarthForce R&D access to their technology and secret research outposts are established, one in Sector 420 to study and construct a prototype Earth/Shadow tech vessel.

Matters Of Honor, Voices Of Authority, Exercise Of Vital Powers, Crusade:Path Of Sorrows, End Of The Line and The Passing Of The Techno-mages:Summoning Light.

Rogue telepaths are secretly taken from Psi Corps re education centres by the Shadows allies and implanted with the Shadow tech, enabling them to be merged with Shadow vessels.

The Passing Of The Techno-mages:Casting Shadows and Ship Of Tears.

Maintenance crews refuse to work again in Bay 13, as they say they have dreamed about Kosh’s ship and in their dreams, the ship talks to them. The docking bay is made off limits, but sometimes Lieutenant Commander Ivanova comes to look at the ship and watches the ship’s markings change patterns.

Rabbi Yossel Koslov leaves Earth for the first time. Travelling on the liner White Star to Babylon 5, he is bringing the Ivanov legacy, a Samovar to Lieutenant Commander Ivanova. En route he spends time talking to Walker Smith, an old friend of Security Chief Garibaldi who intends to enter the aliens only Mutai.

About 2 days prior to TKO.

Over President Santiago's objections and with the support of the Joint Chiefs, Vice President Clark introduces new loyalty regulations into the EarthForce Military Code. The loyalties of EarthForce personnel can now be closely scrutinised under telepathic scan by Psi Corps military specialists when specific charges are made.

Prior to Eyes. William Edgars reveals that Clark introduced the loyalty regulations in Exercise Of Vital Powers.

September.

Security Chief Garibaldi's former girlfriend Lise Hampton gives birth to a little girl. She and her husband Franz call her Deborah.

A Voice In The Wilderness Part Two. Lise was due to give birth in September. Conflicts Of Interest establishes she had a little girl.

Colonel Ari Ben Zayne of EarthForce Internal Affairs, still angry that Commander Sinclair got the governorship of Babylon 5, sees an opportunity to get back at him using the new loyalty regulations. His friend, Psi Cop Alfred Bester assigns him Corps military specialist Harriman Gray. He and Ben Zayne, posing as Aaron Franks of the Quartermaster Corporation, depart LaGrange 2 in Mars orbit for Babylon 5.

A Mars independence group attacks the EarthForce facility Phobos Station. Concerned weapons are being supplied to these groups via EarthForce outposts and stations, Earth Central put an embargo on weapons shipments to Mars.

Delenn leaves Babylon 5 to return to Minbar. With the impending return of Shaal Mayan to the station, she instructs Lennier to liase with Security Chief Garibaldi on security arrangements for her visit.

Sick people in down below that attend Dr Franklin's free clinic, hear about Laura Rosen's alien healing machine and start going to her for treatment.

Karl Edward Mueller is arrested for the murder of two lurkers in down below and a station Security guard, a man with two children on the edge of being promoted. Commander Sinclair is told that none of the prisons back on Earth want Mueller.

Afraid of some of the dangerous looking clientele booking into the Strauss Hotel, owner Cadmus Wilcox asks Burell to cast a protection spell on his establishment. Sending Isabelle, she goes through the all the rooms planting probes and sonic generators keyed to activate should there be any PPG or advanced weapons fire. Burell begins checking spaceport records over the next few weeks and discovers races such as the Drakh and the Strieb are migrating en mass for the Rim.

The Passing Of The Techno-mages:Casting Shadows. Cadmus asked for Burell’s help a few weeks before the convocation. Assumes this drew her attention to the activity at the spaceport.

Edgars Industries research laboratories complete the engineering of an airborne virus, that is one hundred percent fatal to telepaths, but completely harmless to non telepaths. The virus works by embedding itself in the gene that causes telepathy. They begin developing an anti viral agent to counter the effects of the virus.

The Face Of The Enemy. Edgars says the anti viral agent took 3 years to develop.

November.

The first new cases of Drafa in centuries are reported to the Markab authorities, who cover them up fearing they will be blamed for the spread of immorality. The family of the first new victim lie about the death to avoid a scandal, and convinced they won't catch it because they are moral, go out into the Markab population spreading Drafa everywhere they travel.

Sunday November 13th. Kell meets with a Drakh, who hands over cannisters and containers with the chrysalises for the new apprentices and implants for the new techno-mages.

Friday November 25th. Ordered by the Shadows to go to Soom and recruit more techno-mages, Morden visits the corrupt Rook of Tain offering his services as an envoy between His Exaltedness and the techno-mages during the convocation.

Sunday November 27th. As the techno-mages begin gathering for the convocation hosted by Elric, Morden arrives with a letter of introduction from the Rook and 50 pects for use as food.

Preparing for his training display tomorrow, Galen studies the equations used by Wierden and Gali-Gali in their spells noticing how they all progress from two terms, increasing incomplexity but no spell from a single term. On Elric’s instruction to give an original presentation, in addition to his tribute to Wierden, he sets about adapting their early spells starting from a single term equation.

Monday November 28th. At the training display, Elizar is talking to Galen about his future as Kell's replacement and reveals the Circle are custodians to secret knowledge of the mages full abilities. He also warns Galen that the Circle know of a coming threat to their order and are keeping it secret. As Elizar is training with Kell, Galen takes an interest in the shield protecting the training area, fascinated by the tight energy weave. Using his sensor pad Galen follows the energy thread to its source, Burell's apprentice Isabelle. He is immediately smitten with her when she says hello to him.

The Passing Of The Techno-mages:Casting Shadows and The Well Of Forever.

As Galen and Isabelle talk, Elizar conjurs a swarm of energy spikes directing them to attack Isabelle's shield while she tries to maintain its integrity. Defeating Elizar's spikes, Kell congratulates them on a contest well fought. Training with Elric, Galen presents his tribute to Wierden then begins his second display. Visualising the single term equation brings a sudden rush of energy and a sphere forms, darkening as space/time is distorted around it. The chrysalis sensors read massive energies and instability in the sphere. Desperate for Elric to stop the spell, the space/time distortion reduces and the sphere shrinks as Elric shuts the chrysalis down. The sphere disappears with a loud bang. Taking Galen home, he explains to Elric how he came about the equation and is forbidden not to use the spell again. Galen finds Elizar and Isabelle arguing about her shield and learns from Galen's sensor pad readings there is nothing special about its make up. When Galen doesn't reveal how he created the space/time distortion, an agitated Elizar accuses them of wanting power for themselves. Cupping his hands to his mouth as if to conjure the energy spikes, Galen instinctively uses the single term equation to protect them. When Elizar creates an illusion of Elric's place of power crumbling, it is too late for Galen to stop the sphere forming. As he tries to shut the spell down, the sphere distorts and energy is released burning Elizar's arm. Elric and Ing-Radi quickly arrive on the scene and Elric immediately passess organelles into Elizar, ordering Galen to heal him. When he is unsuccessful, Ing-Radi takes over and heals Elizar's burned arm.

Tuesday November 29th. In front of the Circle, Elizar and Galen in turn receive a rebuke for their actions. Kell's sudden interest in the space/time sphere alerts Elric to the possibility that he knows of the Shadows return and wants a weapon to use against them. It is decided that Galen will be tested to see if he will use the spell again after the initiation.

Galen passes Kell's challenge and along with the other initiates, in an agonising process, receives his implants making him a full techno-mage.

December.

Saturday December 10th. Burell and Elric go to the Circle with the information she has gathered on the activity on Zafran 8 and its link to the Shadows. After much consideration it is decided to send Galen, as a test to see if he would use his spell of destruction, back to Zafran 8 with Burell Isabelle. Secretly Kell hopes they are not experienced enough to turn up any evidence and exposing his own intelligence gathering activity.

Sunday December 11th. On the bidding of the Circle, Galen, Isabelle and Burell leave Soom for Zafran 8 to investigate her claims of Shadow activity there. Before departing, Elric gives Galen his welcoming gift, a power staff. On the trip over he reads up as much as he can on the Shadows.

Thursday December 15th.The Narn transport Khatkhata arrives at Zafran 8 on a 4 day layover, carrying a cargo of heavy construction and demolition equipment and twenty telepaths in cryogenic freeze bound for the Rim and Thenothk 4.

Friday December 16th. Arriving at Burell's home, Galen is shown the network of probes she has across the planet. They learn from her computer demon that the Khatkhata is bound for the Rim with its cargo. Accessing the probes in the Strauss Hotel they select the first officer G'Leel as a likely source of information.

Saturday December 17th. After planting micro probes on the Narn at the Strauss Hotel, Galen and Isabelle are surprised to find Tilar there and as they talk, his conversation turns to their recent initiation and Tilar's questions alert them to the fact that his presence there is not by coincidence. Reporting this turn of events to Elric and receiving a warning about Morden, Galen and Isabelle return to the Strauss Hotel and set themselves up as fortune tellers.

Sunday December 18th. Security Chief Garibaldi has his last contact with his informer Stephen Petrov.

Chrysalis. Garibaldi last saw Petrov nearly 2 weeks ago.

Stephen Petrov and a couple of other lurkers are hired to move cargo by Edgar Devereaux. They are unaware that Devereaux is an covert EarthForce Security agent involved in plotting to kill President Santiago.

Prior to Chrysalis. The lurker Garibaldi spoke to said they were hired last week.

Catherine Sakai returns to Babylon 5.

Prior to Chrysalis.

Thursday December 22nd. Galen and Isabelle have a hyperspace relay smuggled aboard the Khatkhata hidden in an ornate container of Breen, as a gift to the captain, Ko'Vin. Learning that Ko'Vin has been meeting with a human and a Drakh, Galen and Isabelle study Osyrin's research on them. Paying the Drakh a visit, they drug him and attempt to question him but are interrupted by a Shadow who asks them to join their cause. Fleeing to the tube station they are confronted by Tilar, who now has a Shadow supplied chrysalis. On their arrival at Burell's, Galen reports this turn of events to Elric.

Friday December 23rd. Returning to abandoned buildings in the early hours, Galen and Isabelle are caught spying by Tilar, the Drakh and the human, Brown. Pursued, Galen and Isabelle are helped by Burell who creates a decoy to assist their escape but she is killed. A distraught Isabelle takes her body and she and Galen get a transport to Brensil 4.

Sunday December 25th. Frederick Lantz recieves an antique pen as a christmas gift from his wife.

Arriving at Brensil 4, Galen and Isabelle are lured into a trap by Elizar and ambushed by Brown, Razeel, a Drakh and Tilar. Elizar conjures a spike which enters Isabelle’s body and works its way to her brain. Escaping with a mortally wounded Isabelle they head back to the transport just as an explosion destroys the ship. Sheltering in miners quarters below ground, Isabelle tells Galen she planned to make a tapestry of the universe, with his picture at the centre of it. In her last moments she asks him to forgive God for what has happened and tells Galen that if there is a design and purpose to the universe as she believes, after she is gone she will find a way to call his name and send a message.

Crusade:The Well Of Forever and The Path Of Sorrows and The Passing Of The Techno-mages:Casting Shadows.

Hiring new staff, Security Chief Garibaldi reviews Zack Allan's record. From Zack’s references he notes he has had a problematic past, but going on instinct he hires him.

Epiphanies. Garibaldi describes why he hired Zack. War Without End establishes he didn't take his post until just before Sinclair was recalled to Earth. Assumes Garibaldi hired him before Chrysalis.

Wednesday December 28th. Carvin arrives at Brensil 4 and rescues Galen. She takes him and Isabelle's body back to Soom.

President Santiago departs Earth for Mars Colony in EarthForce 1, on the start of his five planet goodwill tour. He is due to give a major policy speech when he reaches the transfer point off Io on Sunday January 1st 2259.

Friday December 30th. In a secret communication, Vice President Clark confesses to Morden his desire to see Santiago dead. Morden confirms that his assassination has been arranged and EarthForce 1 will never return from Io. Their conversation is recorded and stored within the Great Machine. Clark begins faking an illness that will give him an excuse to leave EarthForce 1 before it leaves for Jupiter.

Voices Of Authority. Assumes the two spoke just before EarthForce 1 left Mars. Chrysalis, the ISN report of the tour says Clark left EarthForce 1 feeling unwell.

An Advisory Council meeting is called in response to the Narn presence in Quadrant 37 and the Centauri incursions into their territory.

Stephen Petrov learns of the plot to kill President Santiago. He sees his lurker friend before going to find Security Chief Garibaldi and warn him. On the way there, he is attacked and mortally wounded.

Friday December 30th-Sunday January 1st 2259.

The Centaurum decide in the interests of peace to hand Quadrant 37 over to the Narn. Their decision is relayed to Londo on Babylon 5 to give to the Advisory Council.

Hearing of the situation in Quadrant 37, the Shadows tell Morden to contact Londo and offer him their help.

Commander Sinclair decides to go and see G’Kar to try and see if he can settle the Quadrant 37 problem.

Delenn sends Lennier to ask Kosh the question "Have the Shadows returned to Z’ha’dum?". Kosh tells Lennier yes. With his answer, Lennier returns to Delenn’s quarters as her chrysalis device nears completion.

Vice President Clark's personal physician Dr Everett Jacobs runs a medical on him and stores the information on a data crystal.

Saturday December 31st. Commander Sinclair books a table for him, Catherine, Lieutenant Commander Ivanova and Security Chief Garibaldi in the Fresh Air Restaurant. There they will announce they are to marry to their friends.

Bringing Edgar Devereaux and his two associates in for questioning,

Security Chief Garibaldi runs a check on Devereaux’s PPG discovering there is no serial number stamped on the morbidium alloy coil. He becomes suspicious as unnumbered PPG’s are only issued to EarthForce Security Agents.

With Jack’s help, Devereaux and his associates escape from holding and between them they set a trap for Security Chief Garibaldi.

When Security Chief Garibaldi doesn’t arrive at the briefing room, Commander Sinclair goes in search of him, double backing to his own quarters.

Arriving at Soom, a devastated Galen reports his finding that the Shadows are on the move. Isabelle is cremated and Galen carries her ashes around in an amulet, swearing revenge for her death and remembering his promise to search for the Well Of Forever. In the face of the news brought by Galen and Kell's departure after confessing that he used Elizar to spy on the Shadows, the remaining members of the Circle decide to ensure their skills and knowledge do not fall into the Shadows grasp and vote to leave known space. Word is sent out to the techno-mages gathered there to prepare for the migration.

Sunday January 1st. Found unconscious, Security Chief Garibaldi is rushed to Med Lab 1 suffering from damage to his kidney, pancreas and spleen.

Unable to wait for Commander Sinclair any longer, Delenn enters her chrysalis to begin the transformation prophesied by Valen.

With the information from Security Chief Garibaldi, Commander Sinclair contacts C and C to try and contact EarthForce 1 to warn them.

With the death of President Luis Santaigo, Vice President Clark is sworn into office aboard EarthForce 2.

Covering his tracks, Jack kills Edgar Devereaux and his associates.

News of the destruction of the Quadrant 37 outpost reaches Londo.

Thinking all Morden’s associates would do is protect Centauri ships or disable the Narn forces, he is horrified at the deaths of ten thousand Narn. He contacts Morden for a meeting.

G’Kar leaves a voice activated message for Na’Toth in his quarters then leaves Babylon 5 on the first transport to Narn to investigate the attack on their outpost and find out who is behind it.

Monday January 2nd. President Clark begins removing the late President Santiago's people from positions of authority, slowly replacing them with his own, each with a telepath at their side to ensure security. Any dissenting voices are arrested and tried for treason.

Severed Dreams. Major Ryan says Clark has spent the last year putting his people into positions of authority. And Now For A Word, assumes Hidoshi lost his post after Clark came to power. Exercise Of Vital Powers reveals how Psi Corps gained influence with EarthGov.

Zack Allan starts working in the Babylon 5 Security Division.

War Without End. Zack came aboard just before Sinclair was recalled to Earth.

At 2-45 p.m. Lieutenant Commander Ivanova goes to Med Lab to check on the progress of Security Chief Garibaldi. She goes every day at the exact same time.

Catherine Sakai leaves Babylon 5 on a commission from UTC to survey for Quantium 40.

President Clark puts Major John Clemens in charge of the prison system on Beta 7.

Tuesday January 3rd. Commander Sinclair is recalled to Earth. Before departing he leaves a copy of the poem Ulysses on his desk. Lieutenant Commander Ivanova is left in charge of the station.

Points Of Departure. Sinclair was recalled 5 days ago. Sheridan reveals in The Long Night that when he took command of the station he found the poem on his desk.

The EarthForce duty uniforms with leather cuffs are finally phased out in favour of uniforms with leather bands on the sleeve with coloured piping added to the epaulettes, sleeves and front panels.

Prior to Points Of Departure.

The Minbari cruiser Trigati, in exile since 2248 is sighted in Sector 423 by 27, two jumps away from Babylon 5. The sightings are reported to EarthDome. Tired of exile and unwilling to surrender to people they feel betrayed them at The Battle Of The Line, Shai Alyt Kalain and the crew formulate a plan whereby he will be captured threatening the life of Delenn. Taking his own life in the custody of humans, the Trigati will launch an attack on Babylon 5, hoping they will retaliate and destroy their ship giving them an honourable death in battle.

A few days prior to Points Of Departure.

Informed by EarthDome of the Trigati’s reappearance, the Minbari put a cruiser on standby in hyperspace, ready to intercept it when it next appears and escort it home.

A vaccuum is created within the power structure of Babylon 5’s criminal underground when N’Grath is sent down. Desmond "Deuce" Mosichenko begins running half the rackets in down below.

Learning Curve and Thirdspace.

Friday January 6th-Tuesday January 17th.

Called to EarthDome in Geneva, Commander Sinclair meets with President Clark and Rathenn of the Grey Council. Using a Triluminary, Rathenn restores Sinclair's memory of his capture by the Minbari at The Battle Of The Line. Rathenn reveals that Sinclair, and the other pilots they captured, were found to have Minbari souls and that was why the war was halted. Sinclair is invited to be the first Earth Ambassador to Minbar.

Saturday January 7th. President Clark selects Captain John Sheridan, the late President Santiago's second choice for the post, to replace Commander Sinclair as governor of Babylon 5. Having had no say in his selection, the Minbari protest Clark's choice as it was Sheridan who destroyed the Black Star in 2247. President Clark says he will inform Lieutenant Commander Ivanova of the command changes tomorrow, but delegates the task to General William Hague of the Joint Chiefs Of Staff.

Author's note:In the comic strip, Clark said he would inform Ivanova about the command changes and Sinclair's new assignment. But in Points Of Departure General Hague did it, so I am assuming he was delegated the responsibility.

Psi Corps are told by President Clark that Captain Sheridan will be supportive of them.

A Race Through Dark Places.

Home Guard members in EarthForce Intelligence seize on Commander Sinclair’s promotion as a means to isolate Earth from Minbar. Concocting a fake assassination plot against Jenimer, the Chosen One on the day of his inauguration, they conspire to plant evidence in Ambassador Sinclair’s belongings still on Babylon 5 to suggest he is the assassin. At the same time revealing the plot to the Minbari, they hope that diplomatic relations between the two worlds will be broken off because of it. Intelligence officer Jason Colby is sent ahead to Babylon 5 to put the plan into action.

Treason. To Dream In The City Of Sorrows establishes the Chosen One’s name.

Sunday January 8th. An Earth transport comes under attack from hijackers, and the E.A.S Agamemnon commanded by Captain John Sheridan, responds to their call for help.

Coplann, a Satai of the Grey Council arrives on Babylon 5 as part of the Minbari Ministry of Culture. He uses the alias Hedronn to hide his position.

Just prior to Points Of Departure. From his reaction to Delenn's chrysalis, he appears to have only just arrived.

Author’s note: The actor Robin Sachs who played the character was known as Coplann in In The Beginning. Since he is not referred to by name in Points Of Departure, assumes Hedronn was an alias.
